To start the return process, please email our customer service team at contact@romarholdings.co.uk. Please include your order number and the reason for your return in the email. Our team will then provide you with further instructions.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are returning an item because it was received defective or damaged, we will cover the cost of the return shipping. Please notify us immediately at the email address above if this is the case.
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective item for the same product, please send us an email at contact@romarholdings.co.uk and we will arrange the exchange.
